High-quality TPU filament for 3D printers

Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filaments are comparable to natural rubber (also known as rubber) due to their extreme flexibility, making them an interesting and relatively new material for 3D printing. TPU is highly malleable and possesses good thermal properties and high dimensional stability up to temperatures of approximately 95°C. Furthermore, TPU filaments are resistant to a wide range of oils and greases, as well as to weathering and UV exposure, making them popular in various applications, such as shoe models, cell phone cases, wristbands, insulation, or automotive interior surfaces. The Shore hardness is 95.

However, printing TPU filament requires some 3D printing experience, as its flexibility makes it difficult to handle. It's recommended to first print a test object and adjust the retraction and associated stringing to a satisfactory level. Afterward, you can begin printing the actual object at a slower print speed (15-30 mm/s).
