🕒 Order & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders received by 6:00 PM on weekdays are usually delivered the next business day.
Delivery time is 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.

Where is my order?

You can view the status of your order at any time:

  • Log in to your customer account to see all the details.
  • Alternatively, you can track your package directly using the tracking number you received via email.

How much are the shipping costs?

For orders under CHF 70, we charge CHF 8.90 shipping. For orders over CHF 70, shipping is free.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

If you would like to change or cancel something about your order, you can do so as long as it hasn't been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or WhatsApp . We'll take care of it right away to make sure everything's working for you.

Can I receive multiple items together in one delivery?

Yes, all available items will be shipped in one shipment. If a product isn't immediately available, we'll notify you of a partial shipment.

Can I also order from abroad?

We currently only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We'll let you know as soon as we offer international shipping.

Are the payments secure?

Yes, all payments are processed via encrypted connections. Your payment details are never visible to us.

Can I pay by invoice or in advance?

We currently do not offer purchase on account or prepayment.

📦 Return & Warranty

How long do I have to return items?

You can return items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

How does a return process work?

Please contact us via the contact form , email , or WhatsApp before returning an item. We will then send you further instructions.

What happens if a product arrives damaged?

If a product arrives damaged, please email us a photo immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Is there a guarantee on the products?

In Switzerland, a statutory warranty period of two years applies from the date of receipt of the goods. This covers defects that already existed at the time of delivery.
